We are a fast-paced, patient-focused periodontal specialty practice seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in helping patients understand and move forward with recommended treatmentwhile delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience.

No prior dental experience required, we are willing to train the right person.\ Were looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine ability to connect with people.

What Youll Do

Guide patients through treatment recommendations with clarity and

confidence

Present treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling timelines

Help patients overcome barriers (including insurance concerns)

Coordinate scheduling for surgical and periodontal procedures

Communicate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure

seamless care

Follow up with unscheduled treatment and maintain strong case

acceptance

Maintain accurate documentation in our practice management system

Comfortable discussing finances and payment options
