KAMO Power is seeking a CIP Compliance Specialist II to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This position plays a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of KAMOs NERC CIP compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer CIP compliance procedures, internal controls, and ensure regulatory alignment

Conduct CIP intern audits, risk assessments, investigations, and mitigation planning

Monitor updates to NERC CIP Reliability Standards and coordinate timely implementation

Provide CIP compliance training and promote a culture of accountability across the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information technology or related field; an associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.

3 to 5 years of experience in at least one of the following fields: NERC CIP compliance and standards, general cybersecurity, operations, CIP regulatory compliance, auditing, policy development, SCADA, EMS, or other Operational Technology environment.

General knowledge of compliance activities is required including NERC CIP standards, cybersecurity principles, cyber risk management, and CIP regulatory compliance practices.

General knowledge of CIP compliance tools and risk assessment frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001 and TRIPwire or similar CIP compliance tracking tools.
