Position: We’re looking for an Experienced Journeyman Painter with experience and pride in their craftsmanship and a growth-minded attitude. Our team members are professional and have integrity when on the job. The ideal candidate will serve as an integral member of our crew. We’re growing and would be excited to meet you.

Roles, Responsibilities & Skills

Interior & exterior painting experience: prep, brushing, rolling; pressure washing, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, spraying.
Experience in brushing, rolling and/or spraying quality enamel.
Properly clean and maintain equipment & tools in good working order.
Clean-up work area at the end of each day.
Drywall repair and texturing a plus.
Airless and HVLP spraying experience a plus.
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the painting process.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
Ensure personal and team safety at all times.
