JP Douglas is actively recruiting on behalf of a valued client near Blue Bell, PA for Customer Service Agents to support a year-round customer service project. We are hiring Licensed Agents (Accident & Health) with strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, stable project with consistent hours in a supportive, team-based environment.

Project Details:

7 days a week coverage

Shifts may vary between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Rotating schedules and flexibility available

Positions Available:

Licensed Customer Service Agent - Accident & Health

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional service to inbound customer inquiries

Assist with policy questions, claims, billing, coverage, and general support

Accurately document all interactions and update client systems

Stay compliant with state insurance regulations and procedures

Deliver empathetic and solutions-driven communication across all touchpoints

Qualifications:

Active Accident & Health License (PA or multi-state preferred)

Previous customer service or insurance-related experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
