The Reidsville facility will serve as the corporate office for our U.S. operations, with a primary focus on the production of wet wipes. This location will operate around the clock, providing continuous service. Joyalways offers an extensive range of products, encompassing over 60 varieties across six categories, including baby wipes, adult functional wipes, antibacterial disinfectants, household cleaning wipes, medical care products, and pet cleaning solutions. Joyalways has earned recognition as one of the leading manufacturers of wipes and brands nationwide.

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Plant Manager overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, staff supervision, and logistics to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Essential Functions:

Oversee Warehouse operations by managing the receiving, warehouse, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient processes and compliance with the companys policies.

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including assistant in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory management techniques to maintain accurate records and prevent stockouts.

Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity,

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment through regular inspections and training

Manage operational budgets, including labor and supply costs, to ensure financial efficiency

Qualification Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Three years of previous Warehouse management experience

Proven experience in warehouse management or related field is essential

Strong leadership and team management ability to motivate and guide staff effectively

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various aspects of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions, as the role may require manual labor.
