Job Summary

Prepare and issue invoices and bills to clients promptly.

Understanding of legal contract/purchase order terms and contract rate billing

Billing or payables experience using a major ERP system such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP.

Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Must have experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing transactions and documentation to support financial audits and reporting.

Shift

Monday - Friday.

Job Details

Clean background required and ability to pass a drug screen and E-Verify

High School Diploma or GED

Be able to lift/push/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

Sit, stand, walk alternating up to 8 hours at a time.
