Qualifications:

Excellent computer and typing skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google platforms

Infinite Campus experience preferred but not required

Strong customer service skills

Strong oral, written, and organizational communication skills

Collaborative work skills

Ability to work independently and problem solve

Financial and record keeping skills helpful

Previous secretarial experience

Develops rough drafts and final copies for various written communications

Maintains records of communications

Serves as a liaison between principal, staff, students and public

Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and putsit in usable form. This includes preparing non-certified payroll records, maintaining personnel leave records, handling affairs for substitute teachers

Renders assistance as needed to teachers in preparing instructional materials

Assists other office personnel in the routines associated with a productive school office.

Renders assistance in the absence of the school nurse.

Assumes such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Principal
