JN House Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office team member to join our team. This position supports restaurant operations through administrative, accounting, customer service, and insurance-related responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office tools, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Background experience in accounting, payroll, insurance administration, or office management is preferred.

This role will begin in-office with the opportunity for a partial work-from-home hybrid schedule once job duties, expectations, and routines are established.

Job Duties:

[Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Operate 10-key calculators, @typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Receive, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

Key Responsibilities

[Manage and monitor email communications for Owner/Operators, ensuring timely follow-up and organization.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Perform data entry, bill payment processing, and financial administration utilizing QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Prepare and organize financial information for accountants and verify restaurant cash deposits.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Maintain insurance eligibility spreadsheets and assist employees with benefit enrollment processes.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Support employee benefit administration, including terminated employee updates and 401(k) administration assistance.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}

[Handle customer concerns professionally with the goal of service recovery, including follow-up communication and mailing replacement meal coupons.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}
