Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Note: All Support Staff work as a team and are expected to help with a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Front Desk/Reception, Fax Sorting, Mail Sorting, Prepping and Scanning, New Business Data Entry, Indexing, Application Reviews, Policy mail-out, Endorsement mail processing, Endorsement system processing, and other various clerical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answering phones and greeting guests

Chat Support

Match invoices and policies as they print out, prepare policies for mailing.

NOC's

Backup support for scanning, mail sorting and delivery

Renewal Instructions (Pull off websites)

Post office Mail delivery (backup)

Other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Computer literate - Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Able to multi-task

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others

Good interpersonal skills

Good Phone Etiquette

Punctual

Should be customer service driven

Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm

Education/Training/Experience:

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or a GED; six months related experience and/or training.
