Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, helping them find vehicles that match their needs and budget

Conduct outside sales activities, including outreach and product demonstrations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term success

Negotiate effectively to close deals and exceed sales goals

Partner with marketing to support promotions and lead generation

Log sales activity and customer info in CRM (Salesforce)

Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through post-sale follow-up

Schedule:

Full-time

Monday through Friday

Weekend availability required

Day-to-Day Job Duties - Sales Consultant

Greet and Engage Customers:

Welcome walk-in and online customers, build rapport, and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on current Mitsubishi models, features, trims, and financing options to confidently present vehicles.

Vehicle Demonstrations:

Conduct test drives and explain the benefits, safety features, and technology of each vehicle to potential buyers.

Sales Process Management:

Guide customers through the sales processfrom initial consultation and vehicle selection to pricing, trade-ins, and closing the deal.
