It is a M-F 7a-3p in person job. Pay starts at $600 a week. There will be a $50 increase after 90 days and then yearly increases based on reviews.

We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, support team members, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors alike. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment. Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems (when needed), and directing calls professionally.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software.

Maintain organized filing systems-both digital and physical-and ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible.

Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and assisting with client communication.

Help coordinate office supplies inventory, order necessary items, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional.

Assist other managers with tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
