Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer handles the

designing, developing, and improvements of manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency while maintaining high product quality standards.

Responsible for new product launches including cradle to grave management of the project.

bilities:

Design, develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production operations.

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve product quality.

Develop and implement process control plans, quality control plans and production documentation.

Lead 5S and Continuous Improvement projects throughout the facility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct root cause analysis of production failures and implement preventative measures.

Train and mentor production personnel on the proper use of equipment and manufacturing processes.

Work with product development teams to design products that can be efficiently manufactured and assembled.

Conduct feasibility studies and recommend equipment and process improvements to support new product development.

Utilizing the NPP process serve as Project

Manager for new product launches that are deemed as projects, ensuring project is completed on schedule and meets customers expectations.

Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering software tools.

Experience in project management, process optimization, and production documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of quality control and inspection processes.

Familiarity with relevant manufacturing regulations and industry standards.

Ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of JAMAK and our customers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Leadership ability.
