ROLE DESCRIPTION:**

As a Customer Service Representative with Jackie Davis Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experience that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Property & Casualty license preferred, or ready to take the class.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Previous insurance/hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
