ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER

J-Lenco is a manufacturer of products for the foundry industry. We produce products that help foundries in the casting of quality components for multiple industries, auto, rail, defense, consumer goods, etc.

This individual will perform various tasks in support of the Plant Manager.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Communicate with production employees pertaining to machine set-up, assembly planning, and shipping schedules.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Coordinating maintenance tasks.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Supporting and enforcing safety instructions and compliance

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Coordinating operations with other departments such as Quality Control, HR, Purchasing

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Encouraging and supporting communication with employees.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Review and develop machine production efficiency and standards.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Other tasks as needed by the Plant Manager.

Assistant Plant Manager Qualifications / Skills
