1) Job Opportunity: 10 Construction Laborer, of Temporary, full-time openings

2) Job duties: Mixing and distributing mortar and/or grout, grouting; setting up and tearing down scaffolding; setting up the masons and keeping them supplied with all necessary materials such as mortar, brick,/block, tools, etc.; unloading materials as they arrive at the jobsite; keep jobsite clean and

organized; lay-up brick and block walls.

Work hours and days: Basic Schedule: 40 per week; 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F; schedule includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break

Dates of Need: 04/01/2026 - 12/01/2026

On-job training will be provided to workers

Specific requirements:Must be able to lift/carry sufficient weight (approximately 50 pounds) to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. The Employer will rely on worker's own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification.

3) Geographic area of intended employment: Monroe County, MI; St. Clair County, MI; Ingham County, MI; Washtenaw County, MI; Oakland County, MI; Wayne County, MI; Macomb County, MI; Lapeer County, MI; Eaton County, MI; Genesee County, MI; Livingston County, MI

4) Rate of Pay: $22.62 per hour

5) Overtime hours are offered at the rate of $33.93 per hour

6) Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

7) Frequency of pay: Weekly

8) At discretion of Employer, yes bonuses may be provided.

9) Boarding options: Employer does provide boarding options at no cost to worker; housing not mandatory.

10) Employer will make all deductions for workers' paycheck as required by law. Employer may allow deductions not required by law as long as advance permission is granted by employee or Employer will state the specific deductions.

[11) If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
