Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite\

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.\

Strong communication and multitasking abilities\

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented\

Key Responsibilities:\

Scan and process checks, and post transactions to owner and tenant

ledgers.\

Communicate with and assist property owners, tenants, and condominium

clients.\

Prepare work orders and coordinate maintenance requests.\

Support Property Managers with spreadsheets, delinquencies, and

mailings.\

Work with QuickBooks and condominium management software.\

Provide general administrative and office support.\

Qualifications:\

High Schools Diploma or equivalent\

Previous administrative or business experience preferred.\

Background in property management or accounting is a plus.\
