Responsible for leading the design of components and systems for iRay's dental CT IGZO flat panel detector and larger size flexible substrate detector for mobile digital radiography system. Specifically, the duties include:

Manager large-size dental CT flat panel detector design and development. (a) Create a detailed product requirement specification for the CBCT IGZO detector based on the US market requests. (b) Design the workflow for dental CBCT detector, which is essential for detector application scenario. (c) Optimize the image quality of Jupi0810X, using extensive knowledge on exactly how doctors use those machines, the specific application scenario and parameters.

Design the larger size flexible substrate flat panel detector for the US mobile medical market. Outline the crucial points of mechanical design, electrical requests, workflow, and image quality requests. Make the product competitive and tailored for the U.S. Lead the algorithm iteration with R&D, to increase the sensitivity and offset the lag.

Analyze customer's requests to integrate the components (flat panel detector) into customer's system. Provide effective and affordable solutions to customers. Optimize the solutions with periodic discussion until the design is frozen. Manage the big milestones from business case review, preliminary development review, critical design review, and final quality review.

Lead the FDA application for the larger size IGZO dental panel and flexible substrate panel before release. (a) Select and collaborate with local FDA certified laboratories to do safety and EMC testing under the rules of IEC 60601. (b) Coordinate with R&D to complete FDA required documentation, including non-clinical consideration/Device Description/Substantial Equivalence Discussion/Risk Management Document/Product Technical Specification Verification.

US Product line road map management. (a) Review the big milestones and the status of crucial designs of current projects, make sure they'll be released as expected. (b) Plan the next generation products and advanced functionalities tailored for the US market. (c) Drive innovation in detector development by aligning with the prevailing industry trend toward DR systems ("digital X-ray radiography systems"). This strategic focus will position the company to meet the growing demand for digital X-ray detectors in the U.S. market, fueling sustained growth and market leadership.

Requirements: Master's (or foreign degree equiv.) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Systems Engineering or related plus 2 years' experience as a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related.
