Lead the process development of CMOS and flexible substrate flat panel detectors, develop and build manufacturing processes, components, and systems for making flat panel detectors. Specifically, the detailed job duties include:

Plan the Manufacturing Lines with a production capacity of 3000 units annually in the US, including the procurement of the production line equipment, designing the manufacturing process, and ensuring the quality by designing the test equipment for the semi-finished and finished products. Organize all the manufacturing activities, including staff training, material management, production plan, production control, delivery on time, and quality control.

Develop wireless flat panel detector manufacturing technologies including material, the process of machining, dispensing, film lamination, electrical insulation, assembly and X-ray testing. Develop the new manufacturing process for wireless flat panel detector, so that it is more efficient, lower cost, easier to mass produce and more stable. (a) Develop a new manufacturing process to make dispensing consistent in their thickness and smoothness, allowing the rapid ramp-up of stable production of the new detector that is being co-developed with US manufacturers, and resulting in high yields. (b) Design the method of chemical plating on components that can prevent external erosion. (c) Improve the sturdiness of certain components through glue and assembly process optimization.

Develop the manufacturing process for the larger size flexible substrate flat panel detector for the US mobile medical equipment.

Lead the large size CMOS dental detector manufacturing process development. (a) Design a new larger size CMOS detector for the US dental system. (b) Create a detailed product manufacturing specification for the CMOS detector based on the US market requests.

Requirements: Master's (or foreign degree equiv.) degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related plus 2 years' experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Process Integration Manager, Engineering Manager or related.
