Interstate Medical Transport is hiring for Certified or Non Certified - Emergency Medical Services Personnel - Full or Part-Time, in its Miles City location. We would love to have you join our team and be a part of an EMS provider in Montana.

Responsibilities include:

Maintains thorough familiarity with treatment protocols, response requirements and quality assurance procedures in system in which assigned

Maintains awareness of all changes in the system components and company policy

Maintains the level and @type of certification(s) consistent with performing tasks in the system to which assigned

Complies with all state and company requirements for operation of motor vehicle

Operates a company vehicle in accordance with company policy and safe practices

Ensures that unit remains in a state of readiness in terms of mechanical reliability, medical supply and equipment, cleanliness, and appearance standards

Reports immediately any discrepancies in vehicle or equipment standards that could compromise the unit's ability to complete a call

Completes all appropriate documentation as outlined in company policy

Reports all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to Supervisor

Maintains a professional appearance by adhering to hygiene and uniforms standards

Attends all mandatory in-services

Other Duties as defined on the job description

Participate in community programs to maintain an image and establish strong community relations

Deploy on Wildland Fires if hold a Red Card in Wildland Fire

Deploy on a Disaster Response Team with DES

Provide Medical assistance at multiple events throughout the county

Full-time (36 hours) only works 3-4 days a week! 12-hour shifts, 7am to 7pm, opportunity for overtime is available. Pay is $13 - $18 per hour.

Qualifications:

BLS or ACLS CPR Certification if not currently held can be certified during training period

Obtain MT State EMR or EMT Endorsements during training period

18 years of age to be EMT

21 years of age to drive ambulance

National Registry EMT, AEMT, Paramedic

Montana State Certification
