Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and assist sales representatives and customers

Generate Daily and Weekly Reports

Function in multiple roles that support all departments of Sales, Accounting, and HR

Provide administrative support for the marketing department

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional phone etiquette

Skillful in multitasking

Confident and supportive personality

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through with tasks

Willing to take on new tasks as needed

Positive attitude and motivated to work

Job Qualifications:

Quick learner with ability to efficiently complete tasks

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
