Job Summary:This position is located at Child and Family Service Division of Integral Care. This position performs a variety of moderately complex clerical work and medical support services. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. Duties include assisting medical and nursing staff in support of client care such as obtaining vital signs, medication refills and authorizations, answering phones, and other clerical duties as assigned. This position is under the direction supervision of the Business Manager.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

License:

Required:

Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Certified Medical Assistant.

Experience:

Preferred:

Experience with a multi-line phone system and scheduling preferred. Medical office experience.

Bilingual in Spanish.

Hours:Full-Time.

Workdays:Monday - Friday.

Workhours:8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary:$20.83 an hour.
