Ingram Fuels is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage a parts inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels in a busy heating fuel and heating service repair company. In this position, you would support the Service Department and ensure the company has sufficient stock for heating unit repairs and maintenance. Inventory Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.

Provide loss prevention.

Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.

Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

Communicate with Service Tech employees to track inventory needs

Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.

Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related efforts as needed.

The Inventory Coordinator is a full time position.. It includes paid sick and vacation days. Health, Dental and Vision insurance is available. All major holidays are paid days off.

Inventory Coordinator Qualifications/Skills:

Able to read basic wiring schematics and diagrams

Verbal and written communication proficiency

Organizational and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail

Problem solving

Mechanical knowledge of oil fired and propane heating units

Good Customer Service

Team oriented

Mature and Self motivated

Able to @type and use a computer

Must be able to lift items with restriction

Must have a valid Dr. License

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar or comparable role

Experience working with inventory management software a plus
