Job Summary

Indemnity Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales and Project Manager to join our growing team. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and hands-on project oversight. The ideal candidate has roofing and construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage jobs from initial inspection through completion.

This is a field-based position that requires physical roof access and active involvement in both sales and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Physically climb onto roofs to perform inspections and evaluate damage

Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities through property assessments and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and clients

Present roofing solutions and services, and negotiate sales contracts

Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and job scopes for customers

Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, including repairs and full replacements

Assist customers with insurance claims, including documentation and communication with adjusters

Follow up with insurance companies to ensure claim progress and resolution

Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Requirements

Must have roofing and/or construction experience

Must be physically able to safely climb ladders and work on roofs

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Valid drivers license required

Preferred: Applicant owns a truck capable of towing equipment/materials

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
