About the Role:

The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department\'s daily operations within the manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for facilitating new hire orientations, ensuring that all new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand their roles. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR

department.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

communicating with candidates.

Conduct new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company

policies and procedures.

Provide information and assistance to employees regarding HR-related

inquiries.

Maintain and organize employee records and filing systems to ensure

easy access and compliance.

Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as

needed.

Skills:

The required skills for this position, such as Human Resources Generalist knowledge, are utilized daily to assist with various HR functions and ensure smooth operations.
