Job Description:

Work on the k8s infrastructure design and management of the core FinTech platform. Evolve the k8s ecosystem and lead Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives across all engineering teams. Build and improve resilience and chaos frameworks to create a bulletproof Fintech platform. Build and enhance the observability stack to provide the best visibility into systems and businesses for internal tech and business users with a focus on reducing MTTD. Additionally, build and improve the CI/CD platform to provide the best experiences for developers and reduce MTTR. Own key infrastructure decisions, guide other technical decision-making processes, and help evaluate technologies that will scale both with the company and the user base. Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a diverse engineering culture that is both inclusive and innovative while utilizing technologies such as AWS, Go, Python, gRPC, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, NoSQL, and SQL databases.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Four years of software development experience including experience in: Administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise software development tools; Analyzing and interpreting complex mathematical models and machine learning algorithms; Architecting computer software applications; Designing and developing high-performance software applications to upload digital images into a content management and cloud-based repository; Gathering and identifying project requirements to develop technical solutions that meet customer and stakeholder expectations; Performing SDLC activities, including requirements gathering and analysis, design and implementation, and systems documentation; Utilizing Agile software development methods for release management; and Utilizing AWS, Go, Python, gRPC, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, NoSQL, and SQL databases.

Salary: $218,317 - $220,317
