Job Duties IDR is seeking a Sr Account Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing key client relationships within the healthcare and health-related industries, focusing on retention, renewal strategies, and growth opportunities. The company is a leader in providing marketing products and services tailored to healthcare organizations.

Position Overview for the Sr Account Manager:

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring strategic objectives are met through effective relationship management.

Develop and implement annual client renewal and retention strategies.

Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales and partnership teams.

Participate in prospecting and contract negotiations with potential clients, providing product or service support.

Maintain long-term client satisfaction and foster growth within existing accounts.

Requirements for the Sr Account Manager:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business-to-business account management, client/customer service, or sales within healthcare or health-related sectors.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent human relations skills to effectively interact with contacts inside and outside the organization.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, craft proposals, and communicate clearly and succinctly.
