We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Assist with tenant inquiries, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and rent payments.

Coordinate the leasing process, including scheduling appointments, conducting tours, and preparing lease documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenants and construction-related files, documents, and records, including contracts, permits, and blueprints.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.

Assist with marketing efforts, including posting rental listings and managing social media accounts.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair requests with the maintenance team.

Assist with rent collection and financial record-keeping.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and common areas.

Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with the construction industry, property management, and leasing processes is a plus.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
