HYDROMINE seeks a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing San Antonio team in a full-time, in-office role (remote work is not available for this position). Join our team and help establish a new manufacturing operation in San Antonio with aspirations to grow and employ more members of the community. HYDROMINE has over 30 years of experience designing, manufacturing, and selling specialty valves and other piping related products, particularly to the mining sector, but only recently entered the US market and chose San Antonio as its US headquarters. This Office Administrator role will be a critical position in the early stages of establishing this company's presence long term.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physically available to work in office (non-negotiable)

US Citizen

Budgeting skills

Some Quickbooks experience required

Basic accounting principles required

Invoicing experience required

Capturing purchase invoices
