Responsible for identifying qualified low voltage talent and negotiating compensation, benefits, and terms of employment. Source applicants through various methods including social, job boards, researching and referrals. Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers. Extend offers of employment within company procedures. Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 What We're Looking For: Education: High School Diploma required, associate, or bachelor's degree Experience: 3+ years structured cabling recruiting experience required 2+ years experience in candidate sourcing solutions. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
