Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management Support:

Assist in managing vehicle documentation and records.

Customer Service:

Serve as a point of contact for clients to address questions, concerns, and requests.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with transportation laws.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate transportation logs, reports, and other necessary documentation.

Assist in data entry and analysis to support operational improvements and decision-making.

Operational Support:

Provide general support in day-to-day transportation operations and contribute to process improvements.

Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary, ensuring proper handling and care.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members across departments to achieve company goals.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving transportation services.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
