Hotel Rehabs is looking for a relationship-driven growth leader who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

This is not an account-management role, and it is not a position for someone who wants to wait for opportunities to come to them.

We are looking for a hunter, someone energized by meeting new people, opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities that weren't there before.

As our Head of Hotel Partnerships, you will build relationships with hotel owners and management groups, expand Hotel Rehabs' presence within the hospitality industry, and create a consistent pipeline of qualified renovation opportunities.

What You'll Own

Create New Hotel Partnerships

Identify and develop relationships with hotel owners and management groups that fit our core-client profile.

You'll be expected to actively create new relationships and opportunities, not simply maintain existing ones.

Turn Relationships into Real Opportunities

Networking alone isn't the goal. Success means connecting relationships to actual hotel properties, projects, decision-makers, and timelines that our Preconstruction team can evaluate and pursue.

Build Hotel Rehabs' Industry Presence

Develop relationships that strengthen our reputation with owners and management groups and help position Hotel Rehabs as a go-to resource for hotel renovation guidance.

Own a Disciplined Growth Pipeline

Maintain visibility into your relationships and opportunities, consistently follow up, and keep CRM information current.

We want someone who can move easily between relationship building and the discipline required to produce measurable results.

Lead Marketing and Brand Experience

Provide leadership to the Marketing team and ensure our marketing efforts, external presence, and brand experience support relationship development and company growth.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated success creating new business relationships and opportunities

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

Experience working with senior decision-makers

Hospitality/hotel-industry relationships strongly preferred

Evidence that you have personally originated business, rather than primarily managed an existing book of accounts

Strong communication and executive presence

Comfort with prospecting, networking, outreach, and asking for the opportunity

Ability to operate effectively through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities

Strong personal organization and follow-through

Experience leading or partnering closely with Marketing

Ability to balance relationship-building with measurable commercial accountability

Hotel renovation expertise can be learned.

The ability and desire to create relationships, earn trust, open doors, and turn those relationships into opportunities is what matters most.

It's measured by the quality of opportunities you create.

You'll build relationships with the right hotel owners and management groups, connect those relationships to real properties and decision-makers, maintain a disciplined pipeline, and consistently bring qualified opportunities to our Preconstruction team.
