Lounge Bartender.

About the Role:

As a Lounge Bartender, you will be a key part of our guests experience in the hotels lounge. Youll craft beverages with precision, provide friendly and attentive service, and help set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Your product knowledge, personality, and professionalism will help create memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences

Provide warm, professional service to guests in the lounge

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Assist teammates including servers, porters, and fellow bartenders

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies

Operate POS systems and manage guest transactions accurately

Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and respond to requests

Communicate effectively with other departments to support hotel operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in branded hotel environments such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or Wyndham preferred

Knowledge of mixology, alcohol regulations, and food safety standards

Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handler Certification required

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
