Who You Are

You're naturally friendly and approachable, with a talent for making guests feel welcome and at ease. You understand the importance of first impressions and love helping people, whether it's answering a question, solving a problem, or simply offering a warm smile. You stay organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely care about getting the details right.

What You'll Do

Be the welcoming face of the hotel, greeting guests and assisting them with check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Process payments, verify reservations, and handle guest accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Provide helpful information about the hotel, local area, and services.

Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Support hotel operations by communicating effectively with other departments.

Promote loyalty programs and encourage guest participation.

Help create a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all visitors.

What You Bring

Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Familiarity with Hilton systems is a plus, but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with computers and basic math.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Availability to work flexible shifts, specifically evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
