Sign-On Bonus for Bilingual Applicants: $1,500 (Distributed in 3 parts: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 12 months of employment)

The bilingual bonus applies to client-facing positions and will be awarded upon successful completion of the language test.

How can you make a difference in people's lives?

As the Office Assistant for Mission Street Recovery Station located in San Jose, CA - our sobering center and mental health triage program, you will be accountable for office administration, record keeping and reporting and community outreach. You will be responsible for data entry, quality assurance, training and other front office duties . You will also conduct inventory and ordering of food and supplies. The Office Assistant also acts as the program's Safety Representative. This is an exempt full-time 40 hour a week position.

What will make you successful in this role?

AA degree or equivalent technical training/experience desired

Excellent telephone skills, record keeping, detail oriented & well organized.

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, TEAMS

Must show a demonstrated knowledge of data entry skills including data input, mail and reporting of data.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience/knowledge with county agencies, and other healthcare agencies, desired

Valid California Driver's license

CPR/First Aid Required

Fingerprinting/Drug testing required at time of hire.
