Job Duties Hospice of Douglas County, a division of Horizon Public Health, has been providing exceptional end of life care in Douglas County for over 40 years. We are currently recruiting a compassionate and skilled individual to work with our Hospice patients and families. This position will be Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with occasional On-Call support required.

Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Exceptions may apply for AD nurses with extensive hospice experience. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in hospice, homecare, hospital or nursing home services.

Minimum Experience Required Minimum requirements: RN licensed in MN. Preferred qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in hospice or with the geriatric population. Successful applicant must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test. Must have valid MN driver's license and reliable, insured transportation. This is a Grade 13 MNA/AFSCME Council #65 union position.

Starting salary range is $36.03-$38.23/hour with earning potential up to $47.01/hour.
