What You'll Be Doing

As our Admin Assistant, you're the "glue" that keeps the office together. Your day-to-day will include:

Data Entry: Keeping our environmental records accurate and organized.

Basic Accounting Functions: Coding, entering and reconciling.

Daily Office Life: Handling the mail, answering the phones with a friendly "hello," and keeping our small office space running smoothly.

Lending a Hand: Being the go-to person for odd tasks and supporting the team whenever a project needs an extra set of eyes or hands.
