Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Lead the store in driving sales and meeting revenue goals

Engage customers and ensure an exceptional in-store experience

Creative Crafting & Decorating

Create custom gift baskets

Handle balloon d cor

Assist with store decorating

Support basic event planning and small event setups

Social Media & Marketing

Manage all social media platforms, including YouTube

Produce engaging content and grow our online presence

Assistant Management & Clerical Work

Organize schedules

Manage inventory

Support day-to-day store operations

Innovation & Problem-Solving

Contribute fresh ideas, new techniques, and creative solutions to grow the business

Trustworthiness & Reliability

Demonstrate integrity and dependability in all tasks

Additional Responsibilities

Hire, train, and lead employees

Coach staff on guest interaction, sales techniques, and retention strategies

Create and approve employee schedules

Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events

Assist with basic event planning for in-store or customer events

Maintain accurate information in the point-of-sale system

Oversee receiving and organizing inventory

Qualifications

Three years of retail management experience Creative Administrative Assistant preferred

Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed goals

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent leadership and team-building abilities

Experience with balloon d cor, gift basket creation, decorating, and crafting

Basic event planning experience preferred

Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, and professionalism

Creative thinker with the ability to bring new ideas and techniques
