Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with

professionalism and warmth

Accurately quote jobs, process orders, and communicate timelines

clearly

Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled

correctly and on schedule

Proactively resolve customer questions or concerns with

problem-solving and integrity

Maintain detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer

satisfaction

Support a positive team environment and contribute to continuous

improvement

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills

Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and order-entry

systems)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused shop

environment

Alignment with Honors core values of honesty, respect, and

Previous customer service or order-processing experience is required
