As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express, you are the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for guests. You will provide outstanding service by greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently, and assisting them throughout their stay. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that every guest experiences the friendly and professional service that defines our brand.

Greet all guests with a warm, genuine welcome and provide exceptional customer service

Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system (PMS)

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner

Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests

Ensure proper handling and security of guest room keys, credit card information, and personal data

Post charges, manage cash and credit card transactions, and balance daily reports

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area

Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software; experience with PMS (Opera, OnQ, etc.) is a plus

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
