As an Electrical Design Engineer, youll play a key role in designing both basic and advanced dry@type transformers that meet precise customer and industry specifications. Youll actively collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding product development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and marketingto create optimized solutions that support our growth in new and existing markets. How Youll Make an Impact

Design dry@type transformers aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.

Apply advanced engineering methods, calculations and design best practices.

Collaborate with global and local teams to support product and process improvements.

Develop optimized solutions that support market expansion.

Document designs, calculations, and test data with accuracy and clarity.

Support production, supply chain, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Learn and apply internally developed transformer design programs.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

A BS or MS in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of dry@type transformer design experience.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools (CAD/AutoCAD, Visio, Adobe, etc.).

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and travel up to 10%.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid drivers license.
