Starting Pay: $20.50/hour with opportunity for higher pay based on experience

We are seeking dependable Industrial Painters to support a growing manufacturing team in Grand Forks, ND. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coatings and finishes to manufactured parts and equipment using spray painting systems and related tools.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and inspecting materials

Apply paint and coatings using spray guns and related spray equipment

Operate sanding equipment and hand and power tools safely and effectively

Follow work instructions, build specifications, and customer requirements

Inspect finished products to ensure quality finish standards are met

Maintain paint equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

Work safely in a manufacturing and production environment

Qualifications:

Previous industrial painting, manufacturing, automotive painting, or production experience preferred

Ability to safely operate spray paint equipment and sanding tools

Strong attention to detail and finish quality

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

Basic computer skills required

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to learn and follow established procedures and processes

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement

Ability to work around paint fumes, coatings, and manufacturing equipment while using proper PPE

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
