Position Overview: Hidalgo Export, LLC is currently seeking a bilingual Secretary to join our team. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination and communication between customers, vendors, and staff to ensure the smooth facilitation of merchandise transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

Coordinate and communicate information related to furniture purchases, shipping updates, and documentation.

Maintain organized records of invoices, shipping documents, and communication logs.

Support staff with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and recordkeeping.

Assist with basic data entry and customer follow-up.

Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

At least 6 months of prior clerical or administrative experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
