Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our products. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.

Assemble products and components with precision, following blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.

Perform visual and functional quality control checks on finished products and raw materials.

Package and label finished goods for shipment or storage.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to the Production Supervisor promptly.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.

Accurately complete all required production documentation and logs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety manuals, and quality control procedures.

Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Willingness to work e.g., a rotating shift, nights, weekends if required.

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Work may be performed in an environment with exposure to noise, heat, or cold.

Requires good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
