We are supported by the 4th largest manufacturer of factory-built homes in the US and Canada and with 13 retail locations throughout the southern US, we are also one of the fastest growing. Currently we are looking to hire a bi-lingual professionals to our team in Gainesville, TX. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

.Seeking Bi-lingual Professional

Followourproprietary salesprocess

Presentour homes to prospective buyers

Scheduleandmanageappointments

Follow-upwith all leads

Attendour regularly scheduled training programs

Communicatewith the General Sales Manager

Maintainyour CRM data

Maintainthe overall appearance of your retail location and model homes

Submitcomplete and accurate reports pertaining to all sales activities

Contributeyour input to management on our continuing improvement process

. Responsible for making calls on leads (a minimum of 20 calls per day)

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

3 Years ofdocumented sales successin business to consumer, high ticket sales

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
