Heenan & Cook, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the initial stages of potential client interaction, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately collected and recorded. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing potential client intake processes in a law office setting, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our practice. Examples of duties:

Collect initial incident details of potential case, including timelines, medical history and other pertinent details.

Schedule appointments for initial meeting with potential client and attorney.

Communicate effectively with potential client regarding their situation and need for legal assistance and any necessary follow-up actions.

Utilize Lead Docket and Filevine software for managing client data.

Provide support in administrative tasks as needed within the office.

Minimum qualifications, certificates, or licenses required:

Driver's license.

Work schedule: Could be flexible, either full time or part time, 20 -- 40 per week. Office operating hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour or higher based on experience. Benefits for full-time positions: 401(k), Health insurance, Paid time off, Retirement plan.
