Heat Treating Technologies is currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Welder to join our team on first shift. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the manufacturing and welding industry. We are looking for someone who takes safety seriously, follows directions well, and works independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Welding Certificate (required)

Basic familiarity with MIG welding techniques and tools.

Ability to use hand tools and follow verbal and written instructions.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all company safety protocols and requirements, including proper use of PPE (helmet, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, uniforms, hearing protection, and welding sleeves).

Perform MIG welding operations as directed.

Use a variety of hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Assist in basic fabrication and welding tasks according to specifications.

Read and follow instructions and blueprints when required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Schedule & Benefits:

Shift: Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM -- 3:15 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay: $18--$21 per hour, based on experience

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
