We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our organization. The accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, processing accounts payable, and performing other accounting and administrative functions to ensure compliance with financial regulations. The position requires a solid background in corporate or public accounting.

Responsible for accounts payable function including invoice matching and coding, invoice input, vendor databases and vendor inquiry, W-9 information receipt, input, and maintenance, weekly basic cash analysis with collaboration, check runs, and positive pay file preparation and upload

Reconcile daily bank cash flow, perform wires, transfers, ACH payments and research discrepancies.

Manage company credit card expenses and reconcile monthly.

Assists in annual 1099 processing.

Performs special projects and other tasks as needed.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

Conduct financial audits and perform financial analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Manage and maintain financial records, including record retention for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.

Assist in HR/Time Management functions as necessary.

2 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial management, or public accounting.

Workweek Details:

Monday through Friday.
