What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service from first contact through delivery

Build long-term relationships with customers, both independently and with in-store Designers

Guide customers through product selection and purchasing

Use company-provided tablet and technology for sales and communication

Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with clients

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

1-3 years of customer service, sales, or related experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer/tablet use

Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality

Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
