Assistant Finisher -- Growth Opportunity with a High-Energy Company

We are a fast-growing, high-energy company seeking an Assistant Finisher who can work independently, take initiative, and is excited to grow along with us. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to be a key part of our success story.

You will work closely with our Lead Finisher, Project Manager, and Shop Manager, but we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and keep things moving without constant supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prep & Finish Department

Follow instructions from Lead Finisher, Project, and Shop Managers to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency standards for prepping and sanding materials before, and during finish between coats

Inventory assemblies and components and batch them on finish carts

Perform all finish prep work such as sanding and taping off cabinets

Use sanding and preparation techniques per the finish required

Maintain a clean and organized sanding area

Final Assembly & Shipping

Inventory drawer boxes and attach clips to prepare for Final Assembly

Wrap assemblies and components per standards for shipping

Assist with loading the truck for delivery

DETAILS:

Hours of Operation: 6:30am -- 3:00pm

Lunch: 30 minutes

Two Paid 15-minute breaks (morning & afternoon)
