Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Telephone Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of our growth. Your primary focus will be connecting with attorneys nationwide to introduce them to our exclusive programs. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Conducting high-volume outbound cold calls to attorneys across the United States.

Consultatively presenting the programs and membership benefits offered by The Top Attorneys.

Skillfully handling objections and qualifying prospective members.

Following a structured sales process to guide conversations from introduction to close.

Maintaining consistent call volume and activity metrics.

Updating our CRM system with accurate and timely information.

Collaborating with your team lead to refine strategies and improve performance.

Successfully closing sales to meet and exceed weekly goals.

Qualifications

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in telephone sales.

Proven experience in a telephone sales role is required.

A self-starter attitude with high levels of energy and motivation.

Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

An excellent, professional phone presence and a clear, persuasive communication style.

Unwavering reliability and a strong, goal-driven work ethic.

Basic computer proficiency and experience.

The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Compensation We offer a competitive and rewarding compensation structure.

1 Base Pay: About $600.00 weekly. 35 hours a week. About $30,000 a year plus commission.

Commission: A generous, sliding-scale commission schedule based on the gross number of sales you close each week. Higher weekly sales totals result in higher commission rates, directly rewarding your performance.

Schedule & Work Environment:

This is a full-time position. You will work from our office in Baldwin, NY.
