Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and room availability.

Process payments and manage billing inquiries.

Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services.

Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.

Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.

Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not required.
