We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We arecurrently seeking a Construction Manager to work in a technicalsupport role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in adynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing groupand company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range ofclients. This is a full-time position which requires upto 90% travel. Consideration for location is nationwide.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will:

Safety:**

Lead Site Safety Culture by adhering to the project HASP, leading daily Job Hazard Analysis and tailgate meetings, manages construction activities for HASP compliance, performs daily SAFE WORK and Behavioral Based Safety observations.

Act as the ultimate decision-maker during life-threatening emergency situations involving facilities, people and property.

Perform the role of Competent Excavation Person on Site (with requisite OSHA training).

General/Administration:

Lead onsite Plan of the Day (POD) meetings.

Manage day-to-day construction activities. Prioritize work to ensure critical work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Contract Requirements.

Understand heavy equipment capabilities and identify what equipment is required for the work/project.

Interface with Engineering and other functional groups to resolve technical problems.

Document site activities and composes/compiles Daily Field Reports (DFRs). Compile a photo log consisting of daily progress pictures documented with detailed descriptions and dates.
